Description

The beautiful city of Porto, sits in the Atlantic and is the second biggest city in Portugal.

This city has everything to offer from beaches to beautiful architecture to beautiful surroundings full of vineyards.

Enjoy the morning sun in Matosinhos beach, just outside your hotel, walk towards Porto on the promenade. Have a nice mocktail on one of his beachfront bars and then catch the tram to the centre. Visit many shops full of amazing designers' products, listen to street music and enjoy a pastel de nata by the cathedral. Take a cruise to see the seven bridges, a feature of engineering in this high slope city.

In the evening, visit the Galleries, old warehouses now converted to bars. Go for a concert or if you like, just enjoy a meal in the many restaurants and relax by the beach.

Suitability

Yoga teaches us to respect everyone's needs for space. This activities are just suggestions and you are invited to join us. That said, if you prefer to stay by the beach or in the city park, close to our hotel, you are very welcome.

Porto is a hill town and there are lots of ups and downs and the pavement is mainly of granite stones which might be a bit uneven. Bring comfortable shoes. The temperature could should around 25 degrees Celcius though it dips in the evening. Though there is 300 days of blue sky, and because it is by the Atlantic coast, when it rains in Porto, it really rains! Bring a small umbrella just in case.

Bring your camera. let take lots of pictures. Yoga1 will select the best ones and you will win a prize.
